Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange.
How to Start a Return
Email support@sacredthreads.co with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear cannot be returned. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
