Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking when it ships.
Domestic Shipping
Standard US shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries. International delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days). Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays & Issues
Carrier delays are occasionally outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at support@sacredthreads.co and we will investigate with the carrier.
